	Citizens Leadership Academy

		A Citizens Leadership Academy will begin xxxxxx xx, 2007 and run through xxxxxx xx, 2007. The academy is an xx-week commitment with the goal of improving race relations in the city of Hamilton. The Citizens Leadership Academy is designed to provide participants with a greater historical understanding of the history of social challenges and leadership. These objectives will be achieved through workshops, interviews and consultation with a broad range of community members. Including retired leaders; members of the African American, Appalachian, and Latino communities.
